Today was a free day for me, but I still went into work at BUCO to try to get on top of a problem we are having. I need to be able to bulk upload some of our data to the Department of Social Services in order to be eligible for grants. Working out how to do this had been eluding me but by the afternoon, I had successfully loaded up one file at least. It was a good day overall and in the evening I finally got back to the gym for a session.
Unfortunately, I am still battling with indigestion.

Another visit to the Doctor.
This morning, I had to pay my six monthly visit to Dr Barclay, who is my surgeon. After a brief examination, Dr Barclay booked me in for a Colonoscopy. This will check to see whether or not that I have any bowel cancer. Lets hope not. Should happen in about a month.
