Christmas new year 2018 - 2019

This is my last post for 2018 and my first for 2019. Just what Have I been up to ??? Well, on the 24th of December I flew to Sydney from Melbourne with Tigerair. It was a nice flight, though a bit bumpy after take off.

I stayed with my brother Bill at his unit in Woolooware bay.

On Christmas day I had Christmas with the family in Cronulla at the house of my sister and brother in law.

My new born nephew Samson was the center of attention. A couple of days later I finally got to see a game in the Big Bash competition. My brother and I went to see the Sydney Sixers play the Melbourne Stars. The stars won. It was a great night out.

I had not been to the Sydney Cricket ground for a long time. On Sunday the 30th of December, I went to the Hillsong Church in Alexandria. The lady who preached the sermon was a visiting female pastor from Melbourne. She preached a good sermon and it was a good day.

On my last day in Sydney, i got to visit the Tesla showroom in Martin Place. They has a Tesla Model 3 on display. I got to sit in it. I thought the driving position was a bit cramped though.

I had intended to return to Melbourne on Wednesday the 2nd of January but for various reason, i came back on the 1st of January. All in all, it was a good, if brief holiday.
