Visit to Echuca on grand final eve
Today is grand final eve in Victoria. It is a public holiday. I decided that I would pay a visit to the northern Victoria Port of Echuca as a way of spending the day. I has visited Echuca previously but this time I took the train up there. I took about an hour to get there and it was a pleasant train journey and a nice day.

Visit to the Rochester Silos.
This afternoon, along with some friends from Connect Church, I paid a visit to the town of Rochester, which is just north of Bendigo.
We drove up in an old Rolls Royce!
After lunch at Kits Cafe, which we have preciously visited, we saw the artwork on the local silos, which is quite spectacular.

White Nights Bendigo
Tonight, we celebrated White Nights Bendigo. This has become an annual celebration in Bendigo as well as other cities in Australia.
Basically, the city's buildings get lit up and animated by various light shows. it is an annual event. I took my camera along and got a few photos. Enjoy.
